Book Rejections
I haven’t really wanted to write. I just wasn’t motivated and kept trying to be. I distracted
myself with all these other projects instead of writing.
Every now and then, I would have a random book idea or an expansion of a current story and
would take that down. Other than that, I didn’t write. I barely posted on my Instagram.
I could figure out why or how to break the cycle. Then I realized that it was all do to the book
rejections. I submitted my first book to several agents and got rejected. I told myself that the
right agent would want my book, but I don’t think I believed that.
On the bright side, I’ve read a ton of books.
